Syed Ali Ahmed Tribune News Service New Delhi, March 28 The CBI has issued a lookout circular against Gurpal Singh, son-in-law of Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh, and three others accused in the Simbhaoli Sugar Mills scam of Rs 97.85 crore, sources said. The three others against whom the CBI has issued a lookout circular are mill chief executive officer GSE Rao, chief finance officer Sanjay Thaparia and executive director Gursimran Kaur. The CBI registered a case against the accused on February 25 for the alleged bank loan of Rs 97.85 crore and default of Rs 110 crore. According to the FIR, there were two loans, both from the Oriental Bank of Commerce, under probe — a Rs 97.85 crore loan which was declared fraud in 2015, and a corporate loan of Rs 110 crore ...
