Taking a serious note of the poor performance, the Education Department on Wednesday decided to summon heads of 374 government schools, which had a pass percentage of less than 25 per cent. A draw of lots will be held on March 26 at all district headquarters and the entire process would be video-graphed, said an excise department official.
